That title? Yeah I”m talking to you.

Technically I’m talking with my Big Brother, but at the end, I’m absolutely talking to you.

Glenn’s part is brilliant, I’m SO appreciative. He has recently attained his Masters in Clinical Psychology & breaks down Polyvagal Theroy; which is an explanation of how our nervous system functions, how it operates in times of stress and is basically the foundation of all that we do.

You’ll also hear that this has been sitting stale for almost two months. Two things struck me about that, As I sit here now on April first. No real laughing matter this year- yet, TOTALLY -It is at the SAME time! OMG How much more Libra Full Moon on April “fools” could this get!? 

Hearing my outro- I listened back to Glenns part & wanted to just let it end there, stand alone. It is so good and honestly, Maybe it’s just the slight Hero worship that I have for my Bro, but I absolutely know recording and editing this episode reset part of me. Hearing a phrase that I say around grief, made me face it in a completely new way. I was able to hear it- objectively. I knew it & even felt it still in my body.. but I hadn’t truly been ready to let it go. I knew it meant letting a piece of myself go- thats where I caught the lie.. No, not “GO”… “GROW.”

 We don’t lose parts of ourselves in others, we chose to get lost in them for awhile, sure. Soon enough, we come back to ourselves. The memory file will always be there, accessible.

 Trouble lies, When you forget the reality of your own mind-space and Time. (We all have a tendency to escape reality now & then, and to varying dregrees.) Even though we also all know the true gift is experiencing the present.

-That said, It is important to check yourself, before you wreck yourself. Multiple perspectives, talking with others. Zooming out- See the future through the past, check it against the future you hope to see, choose to edit or repeat. That’s key. 

To hear this again now, To hear my passion and courage… It took every ounce of bravery to say all that out loud, even to me. I understand the weight & responsibility of our words. Saying these, Changed me. Pieces did fall into place I could see a path & it did indeed…lead us to Peace….

But it was still Pisces season, and while I had every confidence in the words that came to me.. to use them responsibly, meant waiting. I didn’t want to add to the pressure, even now it’s still tender.

But; Look back with me.

Since the Superbowl, So much has already changed. SO many ACTS of UNITY- A true Collective Desire for Accountability & Peace. Less fear of the ruling class, more pride in individuality.

We are learning, the hard way.. but it’s working! We’re working together; sharing love, our hearts, our art, our voices!

I feel confident to say this tide HAS now Turned. The scales are literally being balanced as we speak up even more, & continue these peaceful/powerful uprisings!

We were born for this. Different is Good, Kindness- Pass it on, Just DO it!

Passover begins this evening, Libra full moon & Easter Sunday. All represent Uniting in Peaceful New Beginnings!!
